Step 1: Sync Your Products
Before you can export items to your retail network, you must first sync your WooCommerce store's catalog with the Importify Supplier plugin. This pulls your inventory into your dashboard so it is prepared for distribution.
Step 2: Share Your Credentials with Merchants
Once your products are ready, you need to provide your merchants with the credentials required to establish a secure connection:
- Provide Setup Details: Share your unique Supplier ID and Supplier API Endpoint with your direct B2B partners.
- Merchant Import: Your merchants will input these two credentials into their own store dashboards to import your products directly.
- The Marketplace Alternative: If you have enabled the Importify Marketplace, you can bypass manual credential sharing entirely. Your products will be automatically discoverable, allowing marketplace merchants to find and import them on their own.
