  • Providing free image CDN for WordPress users, we securely host and deliver images

  • Providing customer support

4. Product Data Handling

Product data synchronized through Importify remains owned and controlled by the Supplier. We process this data solely to enable synchronization, importing, and marketplace visibility as directed by the Supplier.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal or product data. Information is only shared:

  • Between Suppliers and Merchants when products are imported
  • If required by law or legal obligation
  • Synced products remain your property and are not shared. Importify does not allow third party access to your product data.
  • Your products may be reviewed by Importify for quality assurance and compliance purposes on the Marketplace.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal and product information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When determining the appropriate retention period, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, and applicable legal requirements.


When a Supplier disconnects their store or removes products from our platform, synchronization ceases immediately and the related data is no longer actively processed or updated. However, we may retain certain information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and system security. Upon the expiration of any applicable retention period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be associated with you or your account.
