Getting Started with Importify as a Merchant

Welcome to the network! This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to set up the Importify B2B Merchant Sync plugin, authenticate your store, and prepare your system to source products automatically.

Step 1: Account Registration & Authentication

Before installing the software, you must create a centralized account to secure your authentication credentials.

1. Register Your Account: Navigate to the Importify Registration Page and complete the signup form.
2. Retrieve Your Key: Once registered, log into your Importify Account Dashboard to locate and copy your unique Account API Key.

Step 2: Install and Activate the Plugin

With your account created, you can now add the integration interface to your WordPress site.

1. Log into your WordPress Dashboard.

3. Search for Importify B2B Merchant Sync
4. Click Install Now and then Activate.
5. Go to the newly created Importify Merchant settings menu in your sidebar.

To import products smoothly into your catalog, Importify relies on the WooCommerce Legacy REST API infrastructure.

1. Install the Dependency: Download and install the WooCommerce Legacy REST API Plugin.
2. Generate Your Keys: Once active, generate your WooCommerce API Keys (Consumer Key and Consumer Secret) through your WooCommerce settings.
3. Link to Importify: Return to the Importify B2B Merchant Sync settings page, paste your WooCommerce API keys into the designated fields, and click Save Changes.

Step 4: Sourcing Your Products

Now that your store is fully authenticated, you are ready to build your product catalog. You can choose between connecting a direct wholesale partner or sourcing through the public network:

Option A: Connect a Direct B2B Supplier

If you have an established relationship with an independent supplier on the network, request their unique routing details:

Input these credentials into the Suppliers section of your plugin settings to link your stores directly.

Option B: Browse and Sourcing from the Importify Marketplace

If you are drop-shipping or don't have an established supplier, you can discover thousands of items on the central marketplace:

1. Navigate to the Importify B2B Merchant Sync plugin menu and select the Products page.
2. Click on the Supplier filter dropdown menu.
3. Select Marketplace Products from the list.
4. Filter your search by category, tag, or brand to find the perfect items for your storefront.
